C J Architects Limited is directed by a New Zealand registered architect. We have over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry. We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and the NZRAB.
As a practice we have been designing buildings for New Zealanders since 2001.
We are directed by Carla Jacobi. After completing initial tertiary studies (NZCAD) at AUT, Carla started her career in 1988, at Swan Railley and Associates, an established architectural practice which designed many homes in Auckland’s oldest suburbs.
Carla continued her career in Auckland, with leading architectural firms, such as Patterson Associates and Walker Architects. After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Auckland in 1997, she gained valuable international experience in London. There, she worked with St George South London, on the prestigious St George Wharf Development - a landmark mixed-use project along the River Thames featuring 1,000 apartments, a hotel, and a convention centre.
We are a practice that has extensive knowledge of the New Zealand built environment. We have examples of work in the residential, light commercial, industrial, educational and heritage areas.
